I had been to the location twice. First time I took a quotation and returned after doing some research on the tires. Brad was a great person and helped me out in getting the tires for the vehicle when I met him again the second time a few days later. The tires are yet to arrive so will not mention anything about the tires. But if asked again I would be able to provide the details on the after-sales service. The service so far was great and I felt comfortable being there.

Derrick the manager and Mark the mechanic are awesome at the 8835 S 700 Location. Ive been bringing my trucks into this location for while a while a now and derrick is always extremely pleasant and helpful even when i am not. Couple weeks ago i was coming back from skiing on a Friday and my truck died while I was driving it down the canyon. I thought it was an alternator but what do you know it was my engine. Somehow an engine bearing destroyed my engine and now I needed a new one. This is a my work truck and without it im not making any money. So I had it towed to derrick, and on Tuesday morning I had my truck back with a new engine clutch and flywheel and whatever else the dam thing needed. Cost me 6000 bucks but I greatly appreciate them getting done so quickly. It runs perfect now and is get an additional 60 miles per tank of gas.

I need new tires and took my truck to Big O and could not have been happier. They also replaced my breaks and now my truck runs like new.

I needed to get an emissions check on my vehicle and they quickly were able to complete it and return my vehicle. Great location!

I arrived early and was welcomed to the store by a service rep I have not seen before. He was friendly and got me right in. I was impressed and will be back soon!

Staff is always friendly. Service is efficient and I have never felt like I was over charged or over sold on any service

I have had the pleasure of working with the folks at this Big O for over 25 years, this Management and the employees understand what it means about customer service, I saw Derek, take the time with an elderly individual to explain everything completely so she understood what was going on and also went 5 or 6 more steps to insure this elderly individual was taken care of. Kudo's to Derek for taking care of his customers. I recommend this Big O to everyone I can because of their great customer service and honest estimates Their mother Jill taught these two boys what it means to take care of a customer , they will always have return business because of the work ethic these young men have
