I only have one complaint . . . grease & dirt on the interior of my vehicle; i.e., on the steering wheel.

Travis has taken very good care of my vehicles over the years.

They are very nice and understanding. Made jokes with me while getting ready to fix our smart car. Fixed everything perfectly, very good job.

I have been going to the Sandy store for years. They treat each customer like they are family. I only go to this Big O for all of my mechanical needs. I refer all my family and friends to them. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. They give you an honest estimate before they perform any service. The team at Big O will also let you know upfront if something else may be needed or not. I encourage anyone seeking mechanical needs (including Emissions and Safety Inspections) to give the guys at Sandy Big O a try! Enjoy a friendly atmosphere of well trained mechanics. The Big O people at this location do great work. I never have any problems with the work they do. It’s always really high quality work for a very reasonable price. These guys are the best!!!

This visit was to replace a dying battery. It was efficiently diagnosed and replaced in the simplest fashion possible. I have since noticed the power windows have been affected which was an unexpected side effect but I know that if I do need to come in for assistance it will be rendered.

This Big O location has the nicest people that work there. The service is always so good and they go out of their way to make you feel like their most important customer. I would not go any where else and I ALWAYS recommend this Big O to all my friends and family! You cannot beat the service!!

Compaired to an earlier exspirence 2 years ago this visit was much better exspirence i feel more adease. More confident that this vehicle was in better hands

Today I expected going into a tire shop, to buy tires, that a salesperson would be overly pushy and try and get me to buy the most expensive tire set possible. Derek was DELIGHTFUL. 11/10 He took the time to educate me on different types of tires. He asked appropriate questions on how far we drive the car each day and if we use the highway or not. After my interaction with Derek, I plan to return to Big O for my tires AND oil changes. I didn't even know until today that Big O did oil changes. My expectations were beyond met. I have many visible tattoos and most people in Utah treat me pretty terribly from the get-go OR they hit on me. I was treated fairly and not one member of the staff hit on me. Thank you for that. I make all of the decisions in our household for car maintenance and our entire household will be repeat customers now. Thank you for the excellent service Big O. Your workers are trained well.

I had been to the location twice. First time I took a quotation and returned after doing some research on the tires. Brad was a great person and helped me out in getting the tires for the vehicle when I met him again the second time a few days later. The tires are yet to arrive so will not mention anything about the tires. But if asked again I would be able to provide the details on the after-sales service. The service so far was great and I felt comfortable being there.
