I have been a loyal customer since 2000. The store in Sandy utah is the best service and customer service, I have experienced since my move from California.

I have been a loyal customer to the Sandy Big O for about 6 and a half years now. Everything from the professionalism and kindness of the staff to the knowledge and quality of their work is top notch. I just recommended this Big O location to my colleague. I get everything done here and plan on continuing to do so.

Best Big O ever

The total cost was less than expected.

I took my SUV to Big O for a brake inspection. I was unhappy with the brakes they installed last year. After hearing my concerns they replaced the brake pads for free. There was no hassle and I appreciate that. I always know I can trust them to do the right thing.

I don't know how much more I or my family could say about our experiences with the staff at this Big O store. Being a customer here for what seems all of my life now, I can honestly say we have never had a bad experience or situation to deal with at all. Our immediate and extended family over the years, continue to visit the great staff and taking care of them from engine replacement to checking tire pressure with a smile has always been their attitude. We are so happy that Costco recommended Jill's Big O over 20 years ago to get our tires! Even with new counter staff, technicians and experts in what seems to be every possible problem that could go wrong with our varied vehicles, we could not be happier and never go to a dealer unless absolutely required. The only reason I would ever give a rating less than 5 Stars is because the wait time has become longer and longer in the last several months. What used to be a 3-6 hour turnaround time is now 1.5 days. I love this place though, so I will always bring my vehicles there.

Did a great job doing a brake fluid replacement. Their service was quick and the price was reasonable.

I was having the worst day before I went to Big O Tires. The AC/Heater went out in my car and I had gone to three other auto stores to try to get help. I am a woman who loves cars and I had done research on what I needed. However, the other shops I went to did not treat me very well and didn't take my concerns seriously. I was very upset and went to Big O as my last resort. I didn't even know that Big O fixed this kind of part. Immediately, I was helped by the sweetest guy. He dropped everything and came out to my car to check it. I shared my concerns and turns out my research was right! I was originally planning on fixing the part myself, but the Big O employee assured me of the price and it was too much of a bargain to not take him up on it. It turned my day around and helped me feel more confident in my own knowledge of cars. Thank you Big O Tires!

Travis helped me with tires for my car. He was fantastic! He ordered tires in for me and then held them for almost 2 weeks while my car was in the shop with repairs. He called and followed up with my during those 2 weeks as well. The entire staff that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Great customer service!
