Big O Tires

I needed a tire replaced because of a blowout, and also wanted other work done. I was grateful that they could provide a ride to work for me. I needed new struts and an oil change. They also identified the cause of a squealing noise and replaced the belt causing that. They kept me appraised of how the work was going and of a couple of minor things that were fixed without additional labor. The ride is smooth now!

Brad was really helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and helped me choose the right tires for my price range and truck needs! He helped me understand the different tire treads and ply's. I've had great experiences with this Big O location and other locations and will definetley be back! Another visit with a different vehicle at this location was right at closing time, my wife's van had a flat and I was rushing to get it fixed because of all the places we needed to be... even though it was late they were so great to fix the flat! Wherever I have any car issues, not just for tire troubles, I always take my cars to the sandy big o tires. They are honest in telling me what the issue is and fix it right away. I have been elsewhere and haven'tbeen treated so well.

We have been customers of this Big O for about thirty years and have always been taken care of. We now have our grown children coming here.

As always you guys build the kind of relationships that last a lifetime. On top of that you offer services that are requisite to the continuity of a happy life and a working vehicle at more than reasonable prices. I really do appreciate all that you guys do for me and my family as well as the fact that you keep things honest, and of great value. I have never heard anyone leave the store with a "What a ripoff". It has always been, WOW, with what the dealership was trying to screw me over at on prices I am really glad that I went to Big O! Thanks for everything!!

I use them for all my auto service. They always try to accommodate me. My motorhome is to large to fit in their shop, so if they can work on it outside they always try. If not they will make a referral. That's good business.
