I have always had great experience with Big O. I really enjoy working with Travis when I bring in my vehicles.

The service representative was so friendly and the store was clean and it was easy to work while I waited for my service.

This is the absolute best place to take your vehicle! The entire staff is very friendly. I live in Taylorsville but drive to Sandy Big O because I know I'm going to get great service and they don't try to upsell.

I was given all the services I desired at a competitive price. The service did not take longer than expected, and I was contacted as soon as my service was complete. The location had my name and information already on the computer which saved me the time and risk of infection by allowing to place my order for services and promptly leave. All the associates were masked appropriately as well.

I love this place and have recommended many people that are now customers. The only comment I have that is not of highest regard is that as you have grown immensely in the past year or so, the personal touch is getting lost a bit. There is no real way around that when you scale unless every single team member that interacts with clients behaves at a Jared, Derek, Brad level. This is an amazing shop that I will go to for life.

It was easy to check in, but no expected time to wait was given. I had a leak in my tire. I had been in two weeks earlier for the same problem and they thought they had fixed it. I returned for the same issue and they found a nail in my tire. Quick fix and no more issues.

This big O has a high degree of integrity and I have confidence in their work. Would wholeheartedly recommend this Big O to anyone looking for quality and affordability.
