I have been bringing my cars to the Sandy Big O location since I could drive. (20 years now, dang, I'm old!). The service and expertise is always appreciated, but more so the honesty. I have always felt that the owners of this store make sure you know what needs to be done but also on a timeline of when it needs to be done. I have never felt them try to take advantage of a situation to line their pockets. I recommend them to everyone I know even though they are a few cities away from my home now. It is 100% worth the drive to come to Sandy and get the work done there. They go above and beyond, and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thanks Big-O team!

Staff was very accommodating. They diagnosed my truck correctly when other places could not. Total cost came in much less than they quoted me! This will be my new store.

I have been coming to this big O tires location for a few years. I keep coming back because I’m always satisfied with their service, they always communicate with me clearly about what needs to be repaired and give me fair pricing. The serviceman always explain to me if something more needs to be done on my vehicle, but they never pressure me to make additional purchases that are unnecessary.

Big O tires was more than accommodating for my wife and i. We were able to drop our car off the evening we noticed we had problems. Throughout the next day, we received calls with updates on our vehicle and decisions that needed to be made. They took care of everything over the phone so when I got off work, I'll I had to do was pick up my car and head home. They also offered to price match any services I found else where. It shows they want to build a relationship with each one of their customers, which is great, because I want to be a loyal customer to one place I know I can always get exceptional service and help with my vehicles. Couldn't even dream of having a better experience. If your looking for a great place to solve your car problems or have regular maintenance, look no further. This is the place.

I always get my oil changed and tires rotated at your store. Very friendly staff - the only issue - I could not find my car and no one told me where it was parked. Other than that - I will always bring my cars to your store.

I have always been satisfied at this location and have received there services a long time and they are always working on things to get it done and they have found issues no other mechanics.They have found and fixed them on several on my vehicles.
