I love this Big O. It’s the only place I take my cars. And I recommend everyone to this place. They have been so good to me over the years. The owners are some of the nicest people on the planet! And I call Brad Egan my Big O BFF. He is the best to work with! Always above and beyond in customer service.

I took my SUV to Big O for a brake inspection. I was unhappy with the brakes they installed last year. After hearing my concerns they replaced the brake pads for free. There was no hassle and I appreciate that. I always know I can trust them to do the right thing.

I don't know how much more I or my family could say about our experiences with the staff at this Big O store. Being a customer here for what seems all of my life now, I can honestly say we have never had a bad experience or situation to deal with at all. Our immediate and extended family over the years, continue to visit the great staff and taking care of them from engine replacement to checking tire pressure with a smile has always been their attitude. We are so happy that Costco recommended Jill's Big O over 20 years ago to get our tires! Even with new counter staff, technicians and experts in what seems to be every possible problem that could go wrong with our varied vehicles, we could not be happier and never go to a dealer unless absolutely required. My car needed some other problem areas looked at. They provided answers and told me what was in my best interest instead of forcing me to make a fix.

The only reason I would ever give a rating less than 5 Stars is because the wait time has become longer and longer in the last several months. What used to be a 3-6 hour turnaround time is now 1.5 days. I love this place though, so I will always bring my vehicles there.

Shout out to Travis for his most excellent jeep service! I really appreciate his willingness to go out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. Everyone at the shop is friendly and greets me as well, it feels as if seeing good friends after a long time more than just a simple business transaction. Travis helped me with tires for my car. He was fantastic! He ordered tires in for me and then held them for almost 2 weeks while my car was in the shop with repairs. He called and followed up with my during those 2 weeks as well. The entire staff that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

Travis was very knowledgeable and helpful. He told me exactly what was wrong and recommended some items to fix and some that would not be the best to fix with the transmission.
