Chris was helpful with good advice on what I needed to do for my 100,000 mile service and how best to accomplish those tasks. He was clear on pricing and communicated with me every step of the way.

I have multiple vehicles and have always been well taken care of here. It is a busy shop but you still always manage to take good care of me.

I have been bringing my cars to the Sandy Big O location since I could drive. (20 years now, dang, I'm old!). The service and expertise is always appreciated, but more so the honesty. I have always felt that the owners of this store make sure you know what needs to be done but also on a timeline of when it needs to be done. I have never felt them try to take advantage of a situation to line their pockets. I recommend them to everyone I know even though they are a few cities away from my home now. It is 100% worth the drive to come to Sandy and get the work done there. They go above and beyond, and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thanks Big-O team!

Using this location for years. Always helpful and friendly. They always go the extra mile. They completely answer questions and offer suggestions. Never had a bad experience. A rare problem will sometimes present itself, but they are always willing to make it right.

Big O tires was more than accommodating for my wife and i. We were able to drop our car off the evening we noticed we had problems. Throughout the next day, we received calls with updates on our vehicle and decisions that needed to be made. They took care of everything over the phone so when I got off work, I'll I had to do was pick up my car and head home. They also offered to price match any services I found else where. It shows they want to build a relationship with each one of their customers, which is great, because I want to be a loyal customer to one place I know I can always get exceptional service and help with my vehicles. Couldn't even dream of having a better experience. If your looking for a great place to solve your car problems or have regular maintenance, look no further. This is the place.

I always get my oil changed and tires rotated at your store. Very friendly staff - the only issue - I could not find my car and no one told me where it was parked. Other than that - I will always bring my cars to your store.

This Big O has been our go to service place for many years. The Edwards have always been helpful, now the children are stepping in and doing a great job. I rate the Sandy Big O very high. Unfortunately other Big O in Salt Lake county I would not recommend.
