I will try to express in words how much I appreciated the service I received yesterday and in the previous years. I have trusted Big O tires since your opening 30 + years ago. But yesterday Skip went above and beyond to help me with a battery and emissions on the first vehicle and a tire rotation ( I purchased the tires last year) on the second vehicle. Thank you for going out of your way to help me. I really appreciate it!!!

Best BigO ever

I had Big O do an oil changed a week ago on one of my vehicles. They rotated the tires that they did not put on. At no extra cost. Then went in today and had my other car that has tires that they put on rotated and had an oil change. They are always on top of theservice. I love that i walk through the door and Jared knows my name.

I’ve been going here for over 20 years, this family ran company, treats me like part of there own family. I’ve always received good old fashion care . Thanks Again 🙏🏻

We have been coming to this BigO for over 20 years. We love the staff and find prices are comparable to others. The service though is number one. We always recommend BigO to foamily and friends.

They gave me a great deal on new tires since the last ones I got didn't last for as long as expected. Even though I wasn't happy with the old tires, they really took care of me and got me a much better set for a lower price than the first.

Received a telephone call explaining there were other issues with my vehicle which would affect the alignment. He clearly explained the issues as well as helping my understand the situation. He did not push a service or attempt direct me in any one direction. I feel I made the right decision having the information I needed ( I did not elect to have any other service at that time. ) I never felt any pressure from the service rep.

I have been to this location many times for tire rotation and oil changes. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. One of the gentlemen explained after an oil change that I should be looking at getting new tires soon. He walked me through the specials and quoted me a price and had the tires in less than an hour and a half.
