I have used Big O for all my needs on my Truck and Car for many years. Have been taken care of with great service and great customer service.

This Big O Tire is the best location I have been to. They have great service and selection, and their customer care is unmatched. They go the extra mile and have my business forever.

ITS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS .NICE FUN ATMOSPHERE WHEN YOU WALK IN .THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY .THEY TAKE CARE OF JUST ABOUT ALL MY AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS . IM A CAR GUY. I REBUILD OLDER CARS. SO I KNOW WHEN YOUR GETING SOMEONE GOOD THAT HAS YOUR BACK. AND WELL TAKE CARE OF THINGS, RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, WITHIN A TIMELY MANNER, AND ARE HONEST. IVE REFERRED QUITE A FEW PEOPLE TO THESE GUYS . They were friendly,. they got me right in and were happy to let me drive the car around and not have anyone else in my car. They were all wearing masks. I felt safe

They are always ready to help. Efficient and always helpful, informative and if your car needs work they are always explains to you what it needs. They also give you recommendations if needed to improve your car.

I've been a Big-O customer for about 30 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They always take care of me and the rest of my family.

Your staff is always welcoming, well spoken and I always enjoy my interactions with them. I have a Big O less than 2 miles from my home, but I choose to drive to the location on 700 East for the service. Thank you for all you do!

They went above and beyond in their service, even sending a techcian to bring my car to me when it was finished because I couldn't find a ride. They rock!

I receive great treatment each time I come! The work I request is done promptly, professionally and is done right every time. I highly trust the owners and all workers I have come in contact with. I will always trust them for all my mechanical needs for each of my three cars. I have no reason to go anywhere else. I have enough trust in them that if anything didn't go exactly as promised that they would take care of me. This is a very trustworthy company to do business with!

This is the BEST Big O Tire shop. We've been coming to them since 1994. They have always been honest, friendly, and quick to serve. We appreciate their honesty in the services that need to be done and ones that can wait a bit. Years ago we brought in our Suburban thinking it needed a new starter and told them that. After inspecting it, they concluded that it did not need a new starter but made a few adjustments that cost us significantly. In fact, we moved across town and still take all our vehicles to this location. Our service on 3/20/21 was right on par.

I continue to trust this store for most of my automotive services.
