Derek and his team always make sure they the vehicle is inspected and fixed properly. They always explain what is needing care and get approval before completing the work. They are honest and very good at what they do.

My Big O Store is really good. They have always been fair on pricing, they do a good job, and they are all nice. If they would drive my car around to the front of the store when the vehicle is ready for pick up, they would offer exceptional service. Instead you have to walk to the back lot and hunt for your vehicle.

We have gone to Big O for a few years now. Great customer service, we feel they are very fair on their prices compared to several other local service centers we have used in the past 20 years.

The Big O Tire and Sandy did repair their mistake of missing balancing a tire when they rotated my tire I commend them for admitting that they get it and that they fix the problem immediately and apologized
