Big O in Sandy always exceeds my expectations.

I was a little shocked at first by the tire price, but when comparing to other tire service centers, I found out more information and felt much better with the price.

I had a broken tail light replaced. Didn't know Big O did this type of repairs! My technician, Crews, was super helpful in getting the proper part and giving me a price.

Reese Carter was EXTREMELY accommodating and friendly. Though this 7th east location is excessively busy all the time, he made me feel so welcome. I have not always had that with different sales associates. Some were "matter of fact" when conversing, no pleasantries, and I felt like I was just another number. We have been taking our vehicles in to this location nearly from the beginning and were treated like family every visit. But as the business has grown that "family feeling" has faded a bit and it was lovely to have Reese handle our needs. He was gracious, pleasant and you felt like he knew you. He had excellent knowledge and I felt like I was in great hands. We Love the family that started it and knew they were a family of high integrity. We STILL feel that way. We have no desire to go anywhere else.

The gentleman that helped me was prompt with his service and kept us up to date as to what was happening during service of my car. Also I did some price checking and you gave the best price.I also bought 4 tires from you and like the way they ride and also drive in the snow. Ill be back for other car services to my car.
