I've been going to this Big O for over two decades. It's always great service, employees who know and remember us, always smiling and always (it seems) glad to see us. That is not only comforting but also the essence of good people to do business with and we do. And we kind of feel like we've watched the family who owns this store "grow up" as we've been their customers. And that is — family. On both sides. We do not take our car care/tire business anywhere else. Ever. This is "our" store. And it will be as long as we are close enough to come here. Wonderful business and people.

My dad was at the hospital with COVID.. I needed to get my car fixed fast so I could say good bye to him... it was the hardest thing I have ever done... Derek was super nice to me. I was crying a lot. They got my car fixed really fast. I have recommended my whole family to use Big O... my dad thought Derek was his buddy. I really appreciate how great he was with my sweet dad.

Most professional Tire/repair shop around

It was suggested I bring the car in early on Saturday morning as appt are not made for saturday. Came in for a warranty issue on a tire. Replaced it for the cost of labor and tire disposal. They called to inform me about some tire ware and suggest to have an alignment which was found to be out. Communicated well.

I feel that I have always been treated honestly at this Big O store. I have always been pleased with the quality of their work.

They take good care of everyone in my family and make you feel like you are part of theirs.
