they are good service providers but oil changes need to be done more quiekly not for an hour

They are always courteous and knowledgeable as well as prices a fair and what is quoted. They call if anything needs to be corrected or fixed before they do it so you can make the final decision.

Jared, Brad and Derek have always been super supportive for our vehicle needs and the extended families we have recommended to them. Even though the buy3 get one free deal never works for us on the tires we need, we get taken care of. Most importantly though, we always feel like part of the family when we deal with any of the front staff and the mechanics do their best to ensure we are safe and vehicles are pampered! Brad helped me with my car issues. I needed the oil changed, tires rotated and the "tire" light was on. Brad fixed my items and offered two new filters without pressure. He told me the current filters were really dirty, but it was my choice. I appreciate the honesty and respect Brad gave me and didn't try and sell me more stuff. Thank you Brad!!

I recommend everyone I know to this specific Big O location. Every employee I encounter asks if I have been helped. They seem to all have been trained to not walk past a customer without acknowledging them. The service is fantastic. Derek is our go-to, but really everyone treats us like our business is appreciated.

I have gone to Big O Tire for years started with Jill and Kevin. My location is on 700 East 8835 South Sandy Utah . I won't go anywhere else they have become like family and they treat us and our family the same way. Now when I am out of town I look for a Big O if I have issues. The give you old fashion customer first service.
