Big O provides the best service of any shop in town. They are great at communicating and explaining issues so that anyone can understand. On this particular visit, I went in for an oil change and it was done quickly. I was able to work while I waited. They checked my car's alignment, but since it was perfectly aligned (from my last Big O visit a few months ago), they did not charge for anything but the oil change. Later in the day, one of the tires looked low on pressure, so we took the vehicle back over and they quickly came out and checked the pressures and topped up all of the tires. Will keep coming back!

Have been a customer of BIG O Sandy for many years. always treated very well. The only problem is they have grown so large sometimes it takes a while to get in.

I had Big O do an oil changed a week ago on one of my vehicles. They rotated the tires that they did not put on. At no extra cost. Then went in today and had my other car that has tires that they put on rotated and had an oil change. They are always on top of theservice. I love that i walk through the door and Jared knows my name.

I have been taking my vehicles to this Big O tires for 13 years and have never been disappointed. In this case, I had something in my tire and drove past 10+ places that I could have taken it to to get to the Sandy location. They are extra courteous, always honest and extremely qualified.
