Big O Tires

My husband is normally the one that will go over and take care of the maintenance on the cars. I took care of it this time because I had the day off and our children normally listen better for me. I got to Sandy Big-O and once inside they asked me what I needed and they got Dan Plagge over to help because my husband had called in to make sure they knew what was needed. Dan got everything started, when it was done with the basic stuff they found that I did need the back breaks. They offered me a ride home, but my cousin does not live far so kids and I went there and about an hour later the car was ready. It was quickly taken care of when I returned. Everyone was supper nice.

Corey Sanders is amazing. He took very good care of my install of Bilstein shocks. We ran into a minor issue with the ABS line. He made things right and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and I was too. He communicated very well and overall was very nice to talk to while I waited. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I will for sure be a repeat customer. Thank you :)

Very quick service! I needed new wiper blades and I was in and out very fast. They even installed the new blades.
