Had a great experience wtih this location when needing to have the emission test done on my car. The service tech was very nice and got me in and out in no time! Not to mention he even helped me with a coupon. Thank you Big O Tiers Sandy! You made my day!

It started with Chris, who provided a timely, competitive quote, and called me back within a few minutes after my initial request. Then he told me about the 1 yr or 12000 miles warranty on the parts (and labor I think?). He also said the $60 off coupon would apply. He also said the work would be done in a day or two, although they were very busy just prior to Memorial day weekend. Thank you Chris and Travis.

This is a multi-generational Big-O. For years, these folks have consistently been incredible: honest, reasonably priced and always customer oriented. They have passed up the quick buck in favor of long-term customer relations. I would NEVER take my car for repairs or buy tires anywhere else. These guys are the very best there is.

I had a nail in my tire and needed rotation and balance. Staff was very nice and the service was covered under the original purchase of my tires. It took a little longer than I anticipated but I didn’t make abs appointment. I’ve been happy with all the service I get at big O

Travis at the Sandy Store (8835 S 700 E) is the man. Knows a lot about tires and shocks and is cheerful, prompt, and gets it done. My wife and I have been bringing out Toyota's here since we moved to the area 5 years ago. Always impressed. Cheers,
