Big O Tires

I came to the Sandy, UT, store because I was in the area and bought my tires at another Big O, and was hoping for a free rotation along with my oil change. Dan made me feel welcome and offered me the rotation before I could ask, even though they were super busy and trying to close early on Saturday before New Year's Eve. This was by far the best experience I've had at any Big O. Dan and all the other guys there should be commended for their professionalism and friendliness, especially considering how busy they were. --Gracias! Ed C., Aztec, NM

I have been going to Corey at Big O for years and I just found out another buddy of mine, Travis, works there and they both take care of me! It's a good feeling to know that no matter what I bring my vehicles in for, they are going to be well taken care of.

We love our Big' O family. My family is taken care of, asked and remembered: who ands what's going on in our lives. Our vehicles will go no where else to be serviced. You hear about scams or being treated like a digit $$... not at this BIG 'O. Going on 7 years taking my cars there, met others that have over 20 years. That's saying something

I called because I was missing my driver's license and thought I may have left it in the vehicle. Derik looked and called me back to let me know it was indeed in my car. This was so kind of him and took some time on a busy Saturday.

I don't know how many ways to say you guys are the best! Even with your new construction and the hustle and bustle, smiles and thank yous for using Big O are always there. I love the new "Big Foot tires" and the decision to go black side out was a good one. I may want to go white some time in the future for a change but no big deal now. I will be bringing my CX 9 Stormy in soon for a full check up at 66,000 miles and look forward to the same service!! They saved me! So many things went wrong in less than 10 hrs. These guys put it all back together at half the cost of other places.

I got in quickly, serviced quickly and on my way. I did get an emissions done and wanted to get state tax sticker on my plate but this location was temp. out of stickers.

Brought the car in for what we thought was the fan for the A/C. The new part was ordered and installed. The Mechanic drove it around and heard the same noise. Realized it was the cabin filter. Changed the filter, then re-installed my old fan because it wasn't defective. I appreciated honesty and that I wasn't charged labor for any of the fan issues
