Big O Tires

Most excellent customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable and they go the extra mile. The Big O that I use is very near my home, but even if I had to go out of my way, I would. They're awesome! :)

Brad is very knowledgeable and is willing to think outside the box to help me maintain my cars within my budget.

First of all the outside looked like Cabela's on a close out day. So they must be doing something right. When was the last time you walked into a store and they call you by name? My one mother even forgets my name. When I call with questions about my car, it's like I'm the only one alive. No interruptions, no placing me on hold. Just a very knowledgeable person that wants to help me in anyway they can. I really REALLY do feel like family when I go there. I really can't express how wonderful the customer service is. Even they new people they hire are so good I don't even have to train them. Someday soon I will buy lunch for everyone. Because they mean that much to me. I pass by other shops just to get to this Big O service center. I hope I got my point across. Because I'm running out of space. Can't wait for the next survey. That will be PART 2
