Travis at the Sandy Store (8835 S 700 E) is the man. Knows a lot about tires and shocks and is cheerful, prompt, and gets it done. My wife and I have been bringing out Toyota's here since we moved to the area 5 years ago. Always impressed. Cheers,

I would recommend any friend or family member use this location. Travis was exceptional and will be the reason I continue driving from Santaquin.

I trust that they are not selling me something I don’t need, I feel they are accurate when quoting time frame when the service will be performed. Friendly staff but gets a little confusing as to which desk I should or should not check in with.

There is no other place that I would take my cars than the Big O in Sandy, Ut because they have the best service and are so honest!

where service has been realy good, but I may start going to a faster oil lub place becuase I don't have the time to waite.

I have been taking my truck to the 7th East Big O Tires location for the past four years. The staff are always polite and friendly. They are not the cheapest of garages BUT I will only ever take mine (and my wife's) vehicles there as the quality of work is excellent and nothing is ever too much trouble for them!! This franchise is always busy and that fact alone speaks volumes as I'm clearly not the only person who relies on this particular location.

Cory always does an amazing job and I trust him. That is a big deal when dealing with repairs.

My only complaint is that you are becoming more and more expensive, thus I have to shop around for better deals. I always ask if you will match prices, but instead of an instant yes, I received a "yes, when I can." After so many years as a customer it would seem that you would be offering the deals so that I would not have to shop.

The employees at this location are great to work with.

I love coming to this place! I have been coming to this place for over 8 years and have never had a bad experience, people are extremely friendly and I always enjoy coming back!

They went above and beyond on the service of my vehicle!

The only issue I had was that my steering wheel was black with grease, and it's a light beige steering wheel. I was relieved that there was no black grease on my carpet & my upholstery.

I have been coming to this Big O for over 10 years and they have always gone above and beyond for me. They are a fair price, but I would pay more because of the Service.
