Excellent service

I brought it in for a check engine light and other blinking lights. It showed that the trouble was in the transmission sensors which they haven’t dealt with. They didn’t charge me for the diagnosis and recommend I take it to a the dealership or a transmission specialist. (I took it to the dealer and it cost me $135.00 just to plug it into get the diagnostic for the check engine light.)

Had to have a clutch replaced. Big O did a great job

These guys always take care of out fleet vehicles and they do a great job! This is a VERY busy location so you need to understand sometimes repairs take a little longer than you would like- but worth the wait. Thanks for taking car of us Steve!

I have always felt that I have been treated fairly and that the pricing is also fair. They have always called if another problem has arrived and told me when the best day/time to arrive would be.

I drive half an hour out of my way to go to Big O in another city because I trust Jared and Derek - they're honest and they know what they're doing. They are also able to do things at this location that other Big O's are not - they are more mechanic-saavy. I've been going there for years. I send my children there and trust that they're in good hands. Trustworthy mechanics are few and far between. I'm grateful for them and happy to give them my business.
