Big O Tires

We have taken all of our cars to this Big O for over 30 years. Best customer service in the world. They always go the extra mile for us. Just bought a new car so it doesn't have Big O tires yet, got a flat and they fixed it for free. When I bring in a different car I am often asked about the previous car and if the problem is all fixed (we have 4 older cars). They are crazy busy, but always worth the wait.

My daughter had the ABS light come on in her Camry. She was told that she needed to bring the vehicle in when the major mechanic was working. She scheduled a time that worked with her schedule and dropped off the car for a diagnostic review and oil change. Much to our surprise, the car required front and rear brakes, shoes, pads, rotors, you name it, plus a wheel sensor! She had been driving on virtually no brakes! The majority of work was done within a few hours however the wheel sensor delivered was the wrong part and needed to be reordered for the next day. Lilly kept us apprised of the parts and labor needs and monetary amounts as well as the time for repairs all the way through the two days. She is a wonderful example of customer service. I have never had a bad experience at the Sandy BIG O ever since I started going there over 35 years ago. I have known Derek ever since he was old enough to start working with his mom Jill when she was the owner/manager. Keep up the great work guys and gals! I will continue to bring my vehicles to Big O for all my automotive needs! Thank you for doing such a great job! Derek you definitely make your mother proud!

I have been doing business with Big O for many years. The facility has been modernized to be clean and efficient. The service has been elevated from a startup mechanical/automotive business to a polished business that is clearly client-centered. My only recommendations are: 1. Have someone clean bathrooms more often. With staff and patrons using the same facility, it is often unavoidably greasy. 2. I stopped bringing my diesel truck in for technical mechanical issues because of an experience that I had that demonstrated to me total incompetence. I do bring it in for minor issues. I hope this helps.

While the recent service took longer than expected you always complete the work with no issues. You were slammed that morning so it was not a big surprise.

Had a noise in the rear brakes. It took a while, but the problem was found and repaired.

I have used this shop for years with several vehicles. They are fair, friendly & fast. They have won my loyalty.

Chris arranged for our car to be towed to the location in Sandy, Utah on Thursday. Chris called on Friday to inform us what the problem was and the cost of repairs. He had to order the parts and they arrived late Friday. The repair was done and completed on Saturday. We are very happy with the whole experience we had.

I was helped immediately, at the Sandy location they took my car I left came back it was done. I went to AF Big O, 30 minutes before they closed 2 salesman sitting behind the counter never offered to help I asked if they could fix my flat tire. They said no, no time, it was not busy and not friendly. I will not go to AF. Said to drive to Sandy to get a flat done when I live in AF
