I brought my car in before leaving on a trip, and the technician was able to check in for me to see if the noise that I was hearing was a problem. They were able to check the car so we were able to leave shortly after our expected departure time.

They're honest, friendly, knowledgeable and call their repeat customers by name...how do they remember us all?! I no longer live nearby but still drive across the valley to this Big-O. I dropped by in the middle of a Saturday, knowing they would be very busy, but they graciously took my car in and had it done very quickly for me. I asked them to check my brakes and tires as well, and they called me to let me know that both were in really good shape. I trust them so much! This shop wouldn't ever take advantage of a customer and suggest unnecessary work. I've been taking me vehicles here for 14 years and I'll ALWAYS go here as long as I live in the valley.
