I only had to reset my car's audio system after the battery replacement.

Have been going to Big O for many years. Everyone is very friendly and pleasant to do business with.

I want to thank these guys for such excellent and caring service. Not only were my oil change and check engine light issues resolved (for far less $ than expected) they also checked my tire tread and brakes. I expressed that I don't know how to do any of that and I don't have anyone to help, the kind man that helped me said "no worries, we are your people"�. That meant so much to me!!! Thank you!!

I recommend these guys all the time. They're honest and knowledgeable. They are really busy because of their great reputation in the community so don't expect to always be greeted at you car. You might even wait a bit once you step in the door but you will be taken care of in a thorough, honest and professional manner

Went in to have windshield wipers replaced, Dave grabbed a pair of Michelin Blades and installed them for me in about 5 mins. EXCELLENT!!
