This particular Big O Tire store was amazing. I had called another store, but the person on the phone was a little*** gruff. I called this store, and Justin was such a ray of sunshine. He was pleasant, listened, and helped me get my questions answered. I had just started driving a truck with a trailer, and his positivity made me confident that I would get the help and product needed. When I got to the store, the salespeople were so helpful in getting me disconnected and later connected to my truck. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I spoke with another customer at this place, and he had similar experiences with the two stores. I am SO glad I made a call to a store just a little further down the road. The day I had my appointment for a 4 wheel installation, the business was running at full capacity. However the Pros at the front desk managed to keep everything running smoothly even with the occasional Customer walking into the business in need of help. It was easy to see during my time waiting that the front desk was managed by People who knew their business and could manage a rapidly changing list of priorities and keep all Customers satisfied. That isn't the easiest thing to do.

I went to this store hoping that they could help me remove a glass divider in my animal transport van. It was an emergency and our a/c unit for the animals had quit working and removing that panel was crucial to getting our dogs cool. Two mechanics who were busy working on cars stopped what they were doing and came to help us to figure out how to remove the panel. Within 5 minutes they had removed the panel and wished us safe travels to Salt Lake City. When I asked how much we owed them they would not give me a price and I thanked them for helping us save the lives of 14 dogs. Awesome people. Not hoping to have a future problem in St George but if we do we know where we can go.

Technicians were very knowledgeable of after market parts for needed upgrade. Service and upgrade were completed in time frame that was scheduled.

Great crew. Always helpful and knowledgeable.
