Big O Tires

I'm writing this in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic. I noticed the few small changes they made to try and be more careful in their interactions with customers which appreciated. I, myself, stood just a bit farther back from the counter. The gentleman who helped me (sadly, I did not get his name) had me put my key-fob on the counter which he then picked up with gloved hands. When I returned and picked up my car, my key was, again, returned by a gloved hand. My tire had a nail in it and they rotated the tires while the car was there. I am very grateful for the service and their availability during these trying times.

The employees helped me schedule a 2nd appointment for my other vehicle. Apparently Big O needs to fix the online scheduler company wide. They informed me to call in from now on and made me the 2nd appointment for the next day.

The guys got my new tires on my hellcat quickly. I go through tires about every 6k miles on it and I've had it in twice for tires now. I'll see you guys in another 6k miles or so

Didn’t have an appointment and they got me in. They had my car serviced and out within 30 minutes. Excellent service!

I arrived last Saturday afternoon at Big O on St. George Blvd. to have my front tires balanced. I took my car two weeks before to another tire shop to have the tires balanced but it didn't fix the vibration problem. Big O balanced my tires and the vibration was gone! They were professional and I was out of there in an hour!
