It’s fast it’s easy it’s convenient

I was needing five new tires and wheels for my fixer-upper Suburban and Austin was able to accommodate me with the size and correct off set that I required. Before I could have the tires put on, I needed to have the transmission and power steering rebuilt and the big 36 x 14.5 x 16.5 tires that were currently on my vehicle needed to be aired up and one was totally flat and off the rim so I called Austin to see if they had a service to fix my problem at my house He said, "no worries " and within 5 minutes, Tony showed up and loaded my tire/wheel into his gorgeous truck and off he went. I'm not kidding you when I say that within 15 minutes, Austin was back to my house with with my tire and I was able to make my appointment with the tranny shop. YOU CAN'T ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE THAN THAT!!

I like the staff and they always tell me straight what I need or what I can wait a bit on. I trust them. I have been a customer for a long time.

I've been going to this Big O for 20 plus years. I have always gotten excellent service from Tony and Sean. I purchase all my tires for all my vehicles.

Shawn and Tony are great guys they always get me on the schedule in a timely manner their team really knows what they're doing they are honest and straight up with me about what can wait and what needs to be replaced

Didn't have to wait very long. The associates were friendly and personable. They clearly explain what needs to be done and are never pushy.

I feel very special at my Big O center. I am recognized when I arrive and everyone treats me like I'm a valued customer.

They were quick getting my vehicle in to put my new tires on, even though they were extremely busy. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes with people coming and going the entire there.

After servicing my car, the person who took my payment reviewed some services that they recommended in the future, gave me an estimate on when I would need new tires, and gave me a list of priorities so that I could budget in some repairs and replacements over the next few months. It's nice having a heads up about what needs to be done, rather than waiting for something to break.

They didnt have the tires i wanted..but they cut me a deal on some better tires for my car.

Very friendly and efficient. I was impressed when I overheard the employee explaining to another customer that he didn't need new tires. I appreciate that kind of honesty.

I have been going to the BIG O TIRES in Kearns for some time now and Tony and his staff have always been excellent. Not only in the way the discuss things in detail with me, give me multiple options and never push me towards their goals but I have notice they are like this with everyone. I have been a very satisfied customer since day 1 and will continue to rely on them for all of my automotive needs.
