The guys at the shop are honest. Mercedes Benz told me I needed new brakes. The Big O folks told me I would be fine driving another six months, anyway, on them. I trust what they tell me. They do great work. Their pricing is fair. And they are nice people, to boot.

Came from out of town on weekend trip. Had rear brake problem. Big O tires did the required maintenance on the spot in order to allow me to continue on my trip. A particular shout out to Tanner G., the manager. He went above and beyond to help us out and get us back on the road again.
