Big-O Big Foot Tires are good, a little louder than expected. Traction a little less than expected too. Other than that, love the service and always enjoy the store banter with the guys I know and are coming to know.

I have been using this location for over 20 years. The staff knows their products and give honest answers to my questions. If I ask for advice they give me opinion without prejudice.

I have been a loyal customer to this big'o location for many, many years now. This was the first time I required the team to fix serious damage to my vehicle. The job was done quickly, but I must say that there seems to be a problem with my alignment now, however another free alignment check does come with the job I paid for. I also think they may have missed something, because I am still experiencing some weird noise and control issues. And I must say, I was surprised at how expensive the job ended up being.

They were super friendly and helped me get good tires for the snow. They did not text me or let me know my vehicle was done though. I had to call them. I also probably wouldn’t go to that specific big o just because I live in a different city and it was circumstantial that I went to the one in SLC

I previously purchased tires from Big O and came back for an air check. I also had my check engine light on, and the technician looked at it and provided me with a diagnosis which was just a quick fix that I could do myself. I have been here twice now and I don't feel intimidated or pressured at all. I had a bad experience at a competitor which made me choose Big O for my tire purchase. As a younger female, it is hard to find a shop that I can trust, but I definitely feel welcome at this location. Thank you!
