I always know what to expect and what the cost will be for various maintenance. The staff is always friendly and responsive and usually get the work done quickly.

They are a great Team, good. Communication with me, and feel like a good price for the variety of items I needed done.

The gentleman (I wish I could remember his name) who helped me very early in the morning was totally professional. He really knows his business. He explained everything to me in great detail and in a way I could understand. I can't remember the last time that I had to deal with one of my cars, when I was taken so seriously and left with a complete understanding of the condition of my car. This was an exceptional experience as he did not treat me like an old woman who would not understand. I have been telling everyone about my positive experience. I will be back and I will make another early mornng appointment in hopes of working with him again. Thank You!

Stopped in with slow leak in front left tire. Spoke with Caleb and he was very professional and clearly communicated potential repairs. Shop was busy that day but they fit my repair in between other jobs. My car was ready in a couple hours. Great experience, professional, and I appreciate the good service at this shop. Had my rear tires put on by this shop about a year ago and same great service and attention to detail. Will go back here again. Thanks,

A flat tire brought me to Big O. Despite having several cars dropped off the previous night, they were able to quickly assess my tire and fix it. I appreciate that they did not try to get me to purchase new tires when it wasn’t necessary.

Staff is so great! Fixed a whole in my tire in less than an hour. I've been a customer there since 2014.

Been coming to this location for over a decade and I have never felt like the staff has taken advantage of me over my maintenance needs. They give open and honest feedback and will even recommend against a service if it may damage the vehicle (transmission flush on a CVT) as an example.

As always, great and extremely efficient service at this Big O tire center, and done correctly.

Jason! He was the gentleman to check me out, made the process of new tires, topped fluids, and alignment very simple and smooth. He told me a time frame of a couple hours and right on the money I received a call 2 hours later.

They really did all they could to help us get a new tire and warranty. Excellent service!
