Every time I come in I am greeted cheerfully and with enthusiasm. Danny is very honest and open to informing me of what needs to be done and what does not. He also let's ne know about things for the future so I can plan on them. Some of the best auto care service I have received.

Discussed issue with F350 beforehand and shared photos of the brake issue. Discussed time to bring it in (right away). As they began inspecting it they were prompt on confirming what I had thought and providing additional information on what else needed attention while they would have much of the parts off that would save money to work on other parts (like the U joints and cleeves for ball joints. everything was passed by me before moving forward. Provided time to discuss these items with our company team. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. No issues at all with the service provided and communication was clear and ongoing

Keith came out to my place of business to help me with an unusual request to change tires on a race car. Not only did he change the tires he did them the same day I called him. Keith and his staff went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend Keith and his team!

I always love going to this Big O! They are friendly and quick and so a great job.The check engine light on my car was from a recall my car has. They ran all sorts of diagnostics to make sure nothing else was wrong, and it wasn’t. Then they referred me to Ford to fix the recall issue and didn’t even charge me for their labor!

The team is always awesome. They get me in and out quickly every time. NOT kidding! Great bunch of friendly guys. I moved from Springville to Provo and brought all 6 of our cars to this location hoping that the experience would be a good as I've had in Springville, and it has been better than expected.

I always have a great experience. The guys are very Knowledgeable and friendly. MOST of the time.... Scott Payne on the other hand... is very hard to understand(as He has a very strong asian accent), and he doesnt put enough butter on the popcorn...(very disappointing). But i will continue to overlook his serious shortcomings to deal with the rest of the guys, and will continue to deal with them for all my auto/pickup service needs
