Big O Tires

What a great experience getting something as mundane as tires. Scott was so friendly and helpful. He gave me a killer deal on the tires and it was the speediest service I could have imagined. I can't say enough good things about this Big O store.

Jaren was amazing and helped me resolve the needed issues with my 2011 Mazda CX-9. I did not feel pressure and the technicians resolved my issues and did not try to upsell me on any other unneeded service/items.

The sales people are always very pleasant to work with.

I have been using bigo for years, they have always treated me and my family great.. The store is clean, the employees are always helpful, and I know my cars are always well cared for.

Entire team able to assist. Received regular updates, seemed like several associates knew the progress of my vehicle. Didn't have to depend on one person to provide answers.

We have been coming to this Big O location for a few years now. They have always been amazing to deal with. They are honest and fast. I feel like I have been treated fairly and they have considered my needs more than just trying to sell me something. After having had terrible experiences with many other car repair places, I will never go anywhere but here. I tell everyone how great they are!

Jared explained they didn't have my tire in stock in the store, but they could get one by the afternoon. He called me a little after 3 pm and said the tire was in and I left directly to the store. They took my car right in and completed its installation as well as fixing the Tire Pressure Monitor alert that came on after the spare tire was put on by roadside assistance earlier in the day.

My new tires hug the road and give a very comfortable ride.
