Great and timely service.

They were happy to help me without an appointment. They also showed me the exact damage and issues facing my brakes. I was able to see and even feel what was needed. They then suggested other things I would likely need done sone, and I elected to have them perform that service. It was also very nice to have the Acima payment option.

I had a long-distance phone conversation with Jeff Crystal (Store # 44200) regarding tire replacements and repairs to our grandson's car before he left Utah to move to Texas. Basically it was an open work order for Jeff to inspect the car and replace tires, shocks, brakes, etc. as necessary. Additional service work was also requested such as an oil change, replace wiper blades, in-cabin air filter and more. Complete trust was extended to Jeff to perform the service and repairs as needed in his opinion. I have never met Jeff in person but was confident that all would be taken care of in a professional manner. To my complete satisfaction, Jeff handled everything perfectly. 4 new tires, shocks and struts, A/C re-charge, alignment and service work was all done in a timely manner. In fact, Jeff even suggested that we not replace the brake pads at this time as they were in good condition. Such honesty and fairness is especially appreciated in light of the fact that I was unable to personally witness the work from over 700 miles away. I feel like the staff at the 800 South Big O Tire store knows me and cares about my car. I am always treated very well when I take my car in for service. I will continue to use this Big O store whenever I need help with my car.

I've been going to Big O for a number of years, my locations keep switching around with moving recently, but I'm always pleased with each one, fast service, I get explained my options, what's wrong and what we can do about it and I don't feel like I'm getting used, I feel my car, my time and money are valued.

Went above and beyond to get me a tire shipped all the way out to the East coast. Thanks again.

I didn't visit the store because the store was sent to me. I had a flat tire in a mall parking lot. The customer service was above and beyond. I was very impressed by the empathy and kindness shown me in this situation. Thank you so much guys. I can't say it enough!!

There is one employee with a mullet haircut that always recognizes me and says hi even if he is not the person helping me. That’s a big reason I keep coming back to this location.

Grateful my car was able to be looked at and taken care of when I walked in. I know that's not always possible but I was in Orem from out-of-town and was told by a neighboring tire shop where I'd gotten my tires that I really needed an alignment. JEFF CRYSTAL gave me price and got my car in line for service, then called to let me know that technician CODY PAYNE had noticed a gash in one of the tires that was over two inches wide and deep enough you could see the wires. I'd just had my tires rotated at the nearby shop where I'd bought them and they hadn't seen the gash. BIG THANKS to JEFF and CODY for bringing that to my attention and getting the alignment done!! I appreciate the conscientious, careful attention that was given to my car's tires at this shop. THANKS!

I brought our van in to have emissions inspection, registration and replace a broken mirror cap they had ordered for me. They completed all the work in a very timely manner but told me that the cap would not be able to be placed on the mirror unit because part of the foundation of the mirror unit also suffered damage when the cap flew off. They had already set up an order for a new mirror if I decided to go that way but the price was much too much for the part. They offered to send back the cap to the mirror I had them order and I said I would like that. They did it with no fuss and no charge. I appreciate the upfront honesty of the team at Big O and would not go anywhere else. They will continue to get our company's business an trust as I remain fleet manager. They have earned it time and time again.

I came in with a vibrating at 65 mph and had my tires rotated and balanced no more vibration even at 80 mph. Thanks it is better on the freeway now. Thanks Rick

Great service, and honest. The one thing that got under my skin a little was the raise in the price of parts by over double then what was in the initial quoted months earlier.
