I went in for an emissions test 45 mins before the dmv closed and I got their 10 mins before. Very fast loved their free popcorn.

Excellent service and quick turn around time!

They fixed a leak in a tire. It was done quickly. Keith Carter was particularly nice and helpful. He is a big reason I go to BigO in Orem.

I scheduled an appointment the day before. Was able to take it in just after 8:00 am as planned. I was informed in detail what would have to be done in order to have the transmission function better based on what was found with the dirty fluid the day before. I was called during the morning of the progress of the service and when I should be able to pick it up. I arrived at the prescribed time and all was ready. The vehicle's transmission has been functioning properly since the service. Very pleased.
