Big O Tires

I don't know but growing up you never treat anybody less than your grandparents. The extra $50 that y'all offer to someone for road assistance care and etc. That's stupid. Rarely you'll need it and that's just another way to get y'all an extra 50 when not needed. . I would appreciate a little help on this. Plus I'm divorced , child support etc. I need all the help I can get

Took my Grand Cherokee in to them because of a vibration when driving. First they told me that it had been because I had 2 different brands of tires on it and that I needed new tires. I told them that I honestly do not think thats the problem, so they took it for a drive. Guy got back and said that he could feel it to and that I should have them take a look at it. Hour later the guy called and said that the rear 2 tires are cupped and that I need new tires again. Took it home and swapped the tires from my other jeep and yet the vibration that starts at 20MPH is still there and my other jeep rides nice and smooth. Called big O tires and they he'd not even offered to actually do the service I had paid for, just said to go to Ultimate 4X4 down the street and have them look at it.

I went in and got my shocks replaced on my Ford Ranger. After a few days of driving the shocks hadn't settled and it was a very bumpy ride. 6 days into having the new set I drove my truck down a dirt road and felt something off in the handling. Looked under the truck to find that the shocks had blown out of the bottom brackets and we're hanging down 10 or so inches toward the ground. I spent 2 and a half hours driving my truck on backroads at low speeds to get it back to the Orem Big O Tires location to see what was wrong. I was told that they put the incorrect shocks on the front of my truck. They did the replacement work to fix the problem. I was lucky that I checked what was wrong before I got on the freeway, who knows what could have happened at freeway speeds. When I pay to get work done at Big O I expect quality labor and parts. I trust the work that you do to function and keep my loved ones and I safe. My Sunday drive with my pregnant wife could have ended much worse than it did because of mistakes made by your company. I'm happy you fixed the mistake, but I didn't see any effort made above finally putting on the correct set of shocks to build my confidence back up in the Big O Tires brand after a large mistake like that. Poor experience over all.

Fast, friendly service as always. All of the people are knowledgeable and professional. The work is done quickly. I'm going back this week.

Beware!!!! My 84 year old mother came in to get emissions test done on her vehicle. They told her that her vehicle did not pass the emissions test and would require them to keep the vehicle for 3 days and it would cost her hundreds of dollars to fix her vehicle. She was not able to be without her car and luckily my son-in-law followed up with them and asked why. They would not give him an answer to why this vehicle needed such a repair and so he again followed up the next day to try and talk with someone who could answer his question. They finally looked back to when they changed the battery and also made repairs that were overpriced and not needed. This was a charge of over $700 that she could not afford at the time. Turns out that when they did these repairs prior, they had not reset the computer, the only thing that needed to be done was to put some more miles on the vehicle. They wanted to charge her another $600 dollars to do what, more unessary repairs???? This is very discouraging that your store would try and take advantage of a trusting 84 year old woman. Good thing that someone trustworthy was looking out for her, unfortunately it was not your business! I do not recommend this store to anyone who is not mechanically knowledgeable and would not recommend it to anyone.

Been coming to this location for over 20 years. I've been treated extremely well over the years. I trust the team and my children have grown up and also go to the ORem Bio-O. Thanks for taking care of us so well.

Came in to fix my flat tire. I bought the Tires from Big O maybe a couple of years ago. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It didn’t take long and it was absolutely free. Rotation was also done without me asking for it, which was a nice extra service
