Big O Tires

Took my car in to have a screw removed from one of my tires. The sales agent pointed out that my tires needed to be replaced (I already new that) instead of just taking the screw out. Less then 20 minutes later I had the keys back in my hands and driving off a happy customer.

I am always treated with kindness and respect when I go into this Big O Tire shop. I believe I can trust them to take care of my car, and not do things that are not necessary. After my last service on Monday, August 9th, the car works much better, and everything that I thought needed to be fixed, and was fixed, works better.

Good, fast friendly service

I went in during work hours after seeing a nail in the sidewall. Bought new tires and was on the road within an hour! Exceptional service there ALWAYS, my go to BigO! Keith is the bomb.

Had an alignment done. They didn't disclose that my car would need some sort of electronic wheel position reset. I have had 3 alignments in the past and no one had charged me for that. I don't mind paying for service that I am told and agree to. Also the alignment isn't good. It still pulls to the right and the guy had no idea how to adjust my fully adjustable coilovers to get the alignment actually dialed in. Pretty much paid a high price for not so great of service.

Always willing to do whatever is needed to make me the customer happy. very friendly and always going above and beyond what is required.

Most everything was good. But when I came to pick up my car the rep wouldn't help me and then some other rep came over and tried to help. He did alright but it was clear he had no idea what had been done to my car. The whole experience was uncomfortably awkward because by rep was standing right next to the guy helping me.

Those that worked with me were friendly. My TPMS light was going off, so I took my car in. They adjusted the pressure and rotated my tires. Before they made any changes, they let me know what they planned to do and asked for my approval. Very welcoming and great to work with.

I got my brakes changed, an oil change, and a tire rotation. I get free tire rotations from discount tire and told them that. However, I had a coupon for a free tire rotation and for 25 dollars off break replacement. I didn't get the free tire rotation and was charged extra.

Check in was quick and easy but they did not ask my home address informationOil changed properly but they did not indicate the brand used. Had them exchange my snow tires for my summer tires but failed to inflate to the proper PSI as indicated on the car door. On my way home the Tire Pressure sensor illuminated. I checked pressure in all tires and they were all at 44 PSI. Recommended is 34 PSI. Over inflation unfavorable. Cannot recommend them for future service.

I have always been a bit tentative about going to Big O Tire, but this last visit confirmed my concerns with the service I received at the Orem location. To save on words, I received a standard tune up for my car and after an hour I was told I would need to replace a part that would basically cost me an arm and leg. I went t o a different automotive servicing company and was appalled to find out the same part that I was needing replacement was indeed operating and functional with "�no real need for replacement and to not worry about the part.' Even more, the latter company is a company my family has been to for YEARS. To say I am frustrated with your service, is an understatement. To say it is okay to not only scam but then encourage someone to pay for the part with an OUTRAGEOUS price is ridiculous. Not only am I frustrated with your scamming but with motto to "delivering the kind of above-and-beyond car care you'll want to tell your family, friends and neighbors about." I am not impressed nor satisfied with my experience at Big O Tire.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I sat for about 15-20min, then was approached and instructed that my tire was wearing and may need to consider replacing it. As far as I knew the treads were all great. I was shown 1 tire where the tread was getting close to the "wear bars"�. I was instructed I didn't need replacement immediately but should be considering it soon. I accepted the advice but was not ready to buy tires today. I then sat down for at least 1 hour. No one said anything to me or gave me any update. Other customers came and went before me. I became impatient, and asked if my car was ready. Apparently the "rock wall"� in front was being refinished and they needed to wait for them to move their stuff. I waited for at least another hour and finally my car was completed. The attendant was polite and apologetic for the wait, but I honestly believe they forgot I was even there. I honestly just felt I was being up-sold for tires. I am not a tire expert but I didn't think think the wear was enough to replace. Also, if it was just one tire, shouldn't that be a sign of something else wrong? Nothing was explained to me of what service was completed other than oil and rotation. That is fine, that is what I came for, but did you do any extra? Fluid check? Tire pressure? Alignment and balance? Is all that included or extra? I would have liked to have known. I didn't think to ask these questions until I left the store. At that point I was exhausted and hungry, and wanted to get home.

I’ve been coming to Big O tires for years. Dalton is always 100% on top of everything. Great customer service experience and always great pricing. They are always upfront and honest!
