Keith Carter is an amazing person to work with. He is so professional and friendly and always follows through on what he says he will do. The rest of the team there does a good job also. The guys here are wonderful. My husband has been in the hospital for a while. They gave me a ride to and from the hospital while they worked on my car. They went over details of what needed to be done. They helped me prioritize what needed done first. And when I came back a couple weeks later to finish the repairs they asked if I needed a ride. They do thorough work and really helped me in my distress!

I was very impressed that Danny, the Big-O rep I dealt with in Orem, would let me try several different tire brands on my Chevy Spark until we found a brand that could handle the major grooves in I-15 (between Orem and Draper) without major thrashing side to side on the road. We finally found a tire with fewer and wider treads, which finally made the care feel safe. Thank you for working with me over several weeks to get the right tires!

In order to correct a small alignment problem in the back, they explained that it would require a major fix, and they suggested that since the alignment problems were minor, it would make sense to either align both or align neither. I appreciated the honesty.
