They had what I needed, they went right to work on it, they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, the only thing I wished they had was the ability to work on pricing.

I always get the best service at Big O! I never go anywhere else when it comes to tires or oil changes.

I have been coming to this location for years, Dalton and his crew have been great and always treated us like family. Today visit Danny M was on top of it and so was the crew in the bays. Thank you your help!!

The staff at this location is so wonderful. Everyone that I spoke with was kind and helpful. They listened when I spoke and made sure everything I needed got taken care of.

Greeted right away at the door when dropping off the first vehicle of the day. Follow up on that and the two other vehicles I brought in were excellent. Ready when they said they would be and called me during the work to notify me of completion time. Always feel welcomed while at the store.

Very straight forward, and accommodating

I have always been treated exceptionally well and fairly at Big O, even at their new location.

The staff & crew are always approachable and willing to answer questions and explain what needs may need to be done.

Live in Utah part time and have snow tires that need to be removed after winter, they are always quick and painless when the tires need to be changed.

Walked in for an electrical problem he knew what it was and how much it would be to fix it. He gave a time estimate and after it was easy to pick up.

I shopped at Costco while they inspected my car and then they offered to return my empty shopping cart!

It was good they were all nice and sweet they gave us special offers but u guys should have translators because my son had to speak for them.
