I have been using BigO at University Mall for over 30 years. I go back because they have been honest with me and done a good job in providing me with what I need.

Always available staff. Helpful and eager to get issues done and in a timely manner.

Dalton is always extremely helpful every time I have been to this store. He goes out of his way to assist me with any questions I have and helps educate me on whatever needs to be done to better my vehicle. Everyone at this store is friendly and very competent. They even stayed open late one night to ensure my car was running perfectly. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Jeff and Dalton are very knowledgeable and I trust their advice and recommendations. Been using Big O for years and will continue to do so.

Always love this location. The people are nice and helpful and don't make me feel like an idiot. I came first thing in the morning for an oil change and the guy told me it would take about 2 hours - gave me a chance to leave and come back when the wait time was considerably less. I've been a customer of this Orem branch of Big O for a couple of years now. From the first encounter until now, every point of contact has met or exceeded expectations. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices have been reasonable and I always walk out of the store happy with the result.

This big o has a great team. They work well together and are very open with their customers. They are kind and direct. I feel like I can trust them to give me a high quality service without over charging me.
