The service was exceptional. I wanted to sit outside in the sunshine. They moved a table so I would be in the sun. Also my checkout experience was very good, too.

We have been customers for 25 years...we know and trust the Big O team.

I’m satisfied that they were able to get my oil changed in a reasonable amount of time without an appointment. I just walked in and got taken care of.

Last week I realized my tags expired on my car. I was able to get in early that morning, have my car's emissions test done, and even made it to work on time. The incredible staff was freindly and FAST! I was able to pay my State fees through Big O, they even put my new tags on for me. They went the extra mile, excellent service.

I have been to this location many times and love the service and knowledge I receive. Even when I have a Big O 5 minutes from my house I drive 15 minutes to this location because they always treat me well and look out for issues with my car.

Good service

My wife and I cannot be more satisfied with the service and attention we receive when having any kind of service performed at the Orem Big O. Maybe it's because we have most of our vehicles needs taken care of there, but when we walk in both Jeff and Keith address us by our first names. I know they treat all the other customers that way too. From tires (new and flat), shocks and vehicle maintenance, we have one place to go. Really nice!

They did a really great job! I always come to this group for any car work. They have good answers, great service and good prices. And if there was ever a mistake/or I had to wait for an exceptional period of time they've given me a free tire rotation or windshield wipers. They even help me put on my new plates when they came in. These guys are great!
