Big O Tires

Big O Tires in Orem consistently gives me great service. I have been going there for over 10 years now and I drive an extra distance to get service work done there because I know they will do it right. Thank you Big O in Orem.

The service was faster than I had expected since I hadn't made an appointment. I asked them to check a fuel filter and also my transfer case and they did a great job and explanined that there was no fuel filter for this vehicle and why. They are always so helpful and attentive. I don't like going anywhere else. Feel like I have friends here who really care about my vehicles and my satisfaction.

Jeff was great. He really knew what was needed. It was a good experience.

Jeff Crystal couldn’t have been more professional and fair with me. I got two high-quality tires for my trailer, and he even swapped out one of my old tires that was in better shape than my spare tire. And they were at a very reasonable price. Rather hard to believe in these times of high inflation.

We travel from West Valley to Orem for the great service we receive each and every time.

It was literally the fastest I’ve ever been in and out for replacement of all 4 tires. I took a double take when I saw my car coming out , like did I get new tires or not? It was barely over 30 minutes too be in and out.
