We have a large fleet of vehicles ever growing and Big O has been our go to experts and advisers. Dalton and the entire team at Big O have gone over and beyond for our needs. They always call and explain any issues they discover and verify issues we find. If it is something they cannot service they let us know and provide advice as to how about getting the issue resolved. We consider this team like part of our family and trust their word and the work they do. So comforting to have people that really DO care about the customer and keep us informed during the entire process. Can't say enough about how grateful we are to the entire team at this dealership at 800 South in Orem by the Costco.

When it comes to an auto shop the biggest thing I look for is customer service and honesty. I can say with out a doubt that I trust this Big O Tires location. On many occasions, I have seen them take the time necessary to ensure proper care of their customers is achieved. They have always given me honest evaluations, upheld their warranty's, and have given me honest opinions on how to do minor repairs myself. If quality of service is your biggest concern then look no further.

Great service all the way around

This place is so amazing, and so nice. I blew a tire right before they closed and called to see if they could help me out even though they were about to close and all of them stayed to help me out. They were all very nice about it, and all ended up getting off around 30 minutes later because they all were nice and helped me get a new tire on my car.

I have been coming to this Big O dealership for many, many years, because they have always been honest with me regarding maintenance of my two vehicles. I even had them do maintenance on my friend's car (which had some serious problems with steering, shocks, etc.) . We thought that perhaps the car needed a new set of tires. But upon inspection, the crew at Big O told us the tires were fine, but the steering and shocks and alignment needed to be. (Most other places would have not been so honest and would have tried to sell us new tires.) They kept us informed of the cost and any new developments. Once again, I am impressed by how honest and efficient the crew is at this Big O Dealership.

I dropped my car off after hours with a tow truck. (I had a flat tire and no spare.) It was quick and easy to fill out the envelope and drop my key into it to leave in the drop box overnight. The next morning, less than 30 minutes after they opened, I received a phone call with detailed recommendations and pricing. I was not pressured into spending more than I could afford at the moment and the work was completed less than an hour later. I was able to pick up my car hassle free before 930am. Highly recommend.

I had not done my normal tire rotation in a timely basis. When I finally went in I needed 2 new tires and a front end alignment. Coordinated getting the service for a few days in the future and was in and out in a minimum of time.

They were able to have the tires we needed shipped in just a few hours. When we brought in the vehicle, they workers immediately jumped on it and installed four new tires in about 20 minutes, which pleasantly surprised us.

Simply.outstanding.

I was able to drop off the car and keys during the weekend and the issue was taken care of by 10:30 on Monday morning.

I was in a link to get tires on my car for a trip. We called around and Big O gave us the best price for a better tire. They got in quick and fast. Very friendly.
