Big O Tires

I have been a Big-O customer for years and there's a reason I go back again and again. This most recent visit was a good example of why. I went in for an oil change to tire rotation and theydiscovered I needed new brakes because I asked them to check and see. After they finished my car, I heard an awful noise. I drove right back in and they discovered the vacuum was rubbing against the rotor - an easy fix for them, one that wouldn't have hurt my car but it did bother my ears. They reassured me all was well and sent me on my way.

The customer service representative explained me about the possible costs, and time for this service. Also, he told me some suggestions for a couples of wrong things you found in my vehicle.

I have been using this same BigO since 1999! When it used to be on State street beside the mall and ever since it moved. Jeff Crystal has been my service “goto” guy for a lot of the service. I don’t trust my work to others unless they are recommended by Jeff.

I had a nail in my tire and since I had purchased my tires from Big O it was covered. Got a new tire and only had to pay for a balance and disposal fee.

They got me in quickly and the wait was not long at all. I was able to go earlier in the morning so the busy time was probably avoided. They get what I needed done

The tires are awesome! The service personable! And they took care of my blinker which I didn't know they could do!

No complaints. Dalton took good care of me and was flexible in negotiating a good price compared to a few other quotes I received from other tire stores.
