Big O Tires

Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He talked me through everything, and was able to help me make the best decisions for my car.

Kept me informed of other items found during the Oil Change and Tire rotation. Rear brakes on this Dual wheeled flat bed were worn to needing brakes. They also found a leak in the brake cylinder and when that was fixed found that the calipers and brakcets needed replacing (It's an old truck with new engine). The work was explained clearly of what had to be done. I had also worried about a bad sound comming from the rear end and after the brakes were repaired and road tested they confirmed I had a problem in the rear end of the truck so we scheduled for that to be done next week.

The employees are always courteous, timely and professional. They treat you like your business really matters.

My family always tells me to go to Big O because the service is great and I did and I got to say they weren't wrong! They didn't cheat me out of my money like a lot of places try to do so I highly appreciate it!

I went in to the store, knowing that I had a leaky tire that needed to be fixed. We looked at the tire more closely and they could have sold me a few new tires, really. They fixed the tire at no cost that day and recommended that I see them again before winter because of the low tread on some of my tires. The guy wasn't pushy at all and in the past this same guy has always treated me very well and given me excellent customer service. I trust the quality of Big O tires and I've had great experience with them. They take good care of their customers.
