Keith took time to price several options and to teach me about each tire. After landing in an option, he worked to get the tires delivered the same day and found a promotional rebate on the tire. I am impressed by his level of care and thoughtfulness. In a day when trust is at a premium, Keith has earned mine and I have friends and family ti share this exceptional experience with. Thanks!!!

I have felt with Big O for over 50 years and have always felt that I received the best service provided within the tire world. I was sorry to see Big O leave Heber City and it has made me try other tire dealers for my needs but I have came to the same conclusion "If I'm going to get the service I want I need to deal with the dealer I trust" and Big O has won that reputation. I had purchased the Big O brand tire about 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately a bus tire had shredded all over the freeway. It must of torn up the bus. Because My new tire picked up a large piece of metal from the mess. Had to go into the Big O store for the tire. The new tire could not be patched or repaired. No questions asked. The store put another new tire on my truck. Thank goodness it was a Big O tire. It was fully warranted.

I was greeted immediately upon walking into the building. Danny McGraw was very friendly and clear concerning the products and service for my vehicle. He also made sure to inform me that the some of the original products on my vehicle were in bad condition and confirm with me that I would like them replaced during the service. I had such a pleasant experience and was very satisfied with service I received!
