Big O Tires

I found a screw in my tire. I didn't pull it out, but drove straight over to Big O Tires at it's new location on 800 north. I was greeted the minute I walked through the door. I am a regular customer and so I am known by the employees. I told them my issue, they got right on it and let me know that my tire was not repairable but because I had road hazard warranty, the tire replacement was free other than paying for mounting and balancing. They replaced the tire right then. I was not told I had several things wrong with my car, like I usually am at other service locations. They were efficient, helpful, and treated me very respectfully. They also treated my 3 year old grandson very well, and had no problem with him being there with me. The new location is great and the new building is very nice. I will definitely return and recommend them to all I know.

I know what to expect on each visit. They offer great customer service, always fit me in, and do the work in a quick manner. I trust their work. I also love the location so I can shop or eat while I wait.

I left my jeep at 1pm and it was done by the next morning. they did a great job

Every time I go to Big O Tire in Orem, I leave feeling like they know who I am, they know my car, and they are more than willing to help with anything I need help with. I would recommend this store to everyone I know. I never feel like they are trying to "sell" me something. They take care of what I need and get me on my way.

The wait was shorter than they told me, they had good popcorn. They did not try to upswell me, which is the most important. I avoid going to Jiffy Lube if I can because they always upsell. Your store just changed my oil and I went on my way.

This is the second time I have gone into the University Mall store without an appointment. I had a flat which needed repairing. I expected to have to leave it so they could fit it in. Keith said it shouldn't be a problem to get right to it if I wanted to wait. I waited and they were done before I was finished with a phone call. Awesome service! Thanks so much!
