Great service, very kind.

I had come in for an oil change of one of our fleet vehicles. That was completed very quickly. I asked about my broken tail-light. I was told they would check into obtaining the part. The vehicle is only a couple of years old. They were able to find the part on the internet and it was the beginning of the Labor Day weekend. I was told it would be there on Tuesday after the weekend. Sure enough I received a friendly phone call that the part was in and they would install it as soon as I was able. They stayed true to the promise and took them little time to make the change. Awesome Staff!!

I was served by Keith Carter. He went above and beyond helping me choose the right tires and getting me in when I needed to. He did everything to make my experience really great.

I have always had good service at this location. Keith and Dalton have both been very clear is letting me know the progress, cost, and any issues that I need to be aware of.

Jeff is always so kind and quick. He called me a couple times to communicate what was going on with my car.

A man named Danny helped me out a few days ago. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a really good deal on tires and rotation. I was very thankful he was able to work with me on my budget, and he really seemed to care about helping me out. He was a stand up guy. While he was away, the rest of his crew was very similar. Cheerful and knowledgeable and they took care of their customers. It was a really nice experience and I'm thankful for the help they gave me. Our family has worked with this Big O location for 20+ years. We usually work with Jeff Crystal but all of the staff have been helpful and professional. Prices aren't always the best available, but being able to trust the advice we receive, and knowing that they stand behind their work gives valuable piece of mind and saves money in the long run.

The management and mechanics at this Big O are the most honest and knowledgeable people I know when it comes to diagnosing and maintaining my vehicles. I wouldn't trust the care of my vehicles with any other place (especially the car dealerships!). The staff at this Big O are honest and upfront with diagnostics, options, pricing, and general maintenance tips to keep my vehicles in tip-top shape!

Jeff provided excellent service. The whole Big O team there has always provided us upfront and honest feedback. If there is an issue they can't handle they tell us who can (rarely a need). On this particular service, the tire desired was not available when I called by phone but after I called back to confirm they had already had the tires waiting for me. When I go there I feel like part of the Big O Family and appreciate their candidness and service excellence.

I started going to this location because I knew a guy there, and always asked for his help to make sure my car was getting the best care, but this location has never let me down and all their employees take the same care & effort to make sure my car gets the best fix with the best deal in the fastest time. I’ve been with them since I started driving, and I’ve recommended every friend through college or church who has needed any car care to go to them! Best people, best location.

I have dealt with Big-O for over 50 years and have had very few complaints about their service. Their prices on tires and service has been comparable with other tire stores as I have checked. The Orem store has been exceptional for service as I have worked with them over the past six years. I was disappointed when our local Big-O went out of business in Heber, Utah making it necessary for me to find another store. The new store in Orem, Utah that was just built is very clean and organized. I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff is always professional & polite with my family and I. All our services are explained so as we understand & have plenty of time to ask questions in regards to our services.
