Midas in Thorndale provides great customer service from the moment I call for a service appointment to the moment I check out once services have been completed. I appreciate that they rotate the tires as part of the service at no additional cost.

Mr. Kelly was very helpful and informative. He was also polite. I was pleased to have work done within hours that I had expected to take a few days. They also offer a flex plan for larger services. Thank you to the staff at Midas for your excellent service

it all comes down to who is running or managing franchise , in Thorndale Midas it’s Luke. In the past year he has improved the staffing and service 100 Percent!!

"Just found out I needed to fix some things on my car. I didn't have they money. Not only did they help me with the money, they found me a loan (my credit is not ok). And fixed my car in time for me to be at work...thanks paul. you guys are the best."

I am a firestone customer for more than 10 years. I had taken my car to them before visiting the Midas. Their diagnostic was wrong.
