Everything was excellent. Zack kept me informed of progress. I initially wanted only tires and alignment, but the mechanic found a torn boot and I needed to replace the strut. All completed very quickly.

I'll be back with future tire and automotive needs in the future. Reese is a top-notch person to deal with.

I'm a loyal Big O customer, and will remain so. You folks are great. But this time around it was a little disappointing to be told my service would take an hour to complete, while it actually took nearly three hours. It would have been nice to get a more accurate feel for what to expect.

Best Service!!! My Acura MDX wouldn't start. Got it jumped started, went somewhere else and they wanted me to spend $689 to "hopefully" fix it. Went to Big O for 2nd opinion, and spoke with Colton. He helped me trouble shoot the issue, within 5 minutes he knew what the issue was, and it was fixed. Also, cost was $0. No problems since. I'm a loyal customer, I won't go anywhere else.

Big O provided an absolutely wonderful service and all at a reasonable price. I left my car in for a number of things to be done and it was ready in an hour and a half.
