Big O Tires

As a single woman, it is always intimidating taking my car in for service. Reese and all the staff at Big O took great care of me and my car. Pricing was great and they did not try to sell me unnecessary repairs! The whole experience put me at ease, and I will definitely use them for all my auto needs. Finally, an auto shop I can trust!

Great and fast service

Took my car there to get a flat tire fixed in time for the service it sufficiently put my new tire back on post my spare tire back on I need to charge the car put all the clothes that I have scattered all over away inside the car but my car is clean very professional place

Every one in this store are amazing.. I was having problems with my front end for months took it some place else they said nothing was wrong.. Brought it here.. had it fixed and everything without problem.. I am glad I found this place.. You all rock. Thank you

By now with the number of vehicles I bring in they know me. There was a line and I didn't want to wait but I got at the back. One of the guys recognized me and knew what I had come for. He held out his hand and i handed him my keys. He said he would call me when the line died down and I was able to leave. This is why I keep coming back.

Just needed to fix a leak and they took care of it quickly.

coltin and robbie have known me for years and I have been extremely satisfied.. it always end up costing me more than other places but I love the customer service there..

It been quite some time I visited.. More than 8 months I believe. I do remember the service was great though.
